ETF (Exchange Traded Fund)

ETFs are investment funds that are traded directly on a stock exchange and track the performance of an index such as the AEX or the S&P 500. There are also ETFs on bond, commodity and real estate indices. The management fee of ETFs is usually cheaper than that of classic actively managed funds. There is no upfront/entry fee when purchasing ETFs.
